OrdersOrders are accepted on the understanding that the customer accept the terms of business outlined below. PaymentsWe use a SSL secure server for online credit and debit card transactions so you may purchase with complete confidence. We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, UK Maestro, Switch, Solo, JCB, Pin Train and Fortoak and we will not debit your card until we despatch your order. We can also take payment by cheque. Please use the online payment system and opt for Cheque at the checkout and include your payment with your films. All prices are inclusive of VAT. DeliveryDuring the ordering process you may choose either Standard Delivery (sent by 1st Class Post at customer's own risk), Signed For Post - UK customers only (sent by 1st Class Post and signed for, includes proof of posting but no insurance), Special Delivery (sent by 1st Class Post and tracked by the Post Office with limited insurance/compensation) or International Signed and Tracked (for non UK customers. Please note some countries can only provide a signed for service). Once we receive your films, we have a 2 - 3 working day turnaround at the lab. The company will use its best endeavours to ensure that orders are completed within the time stated but will not accept any liability for damages in the event of failure to do so. Goods are sent entirely at the risk of the customer. Customers' PropertyWhilst every possible care is taken with customers' property, the company can not be held responsible for any loss or damage when such articles are entrusted to it. The company takes the greatest care in the packing of goods but are under no circumstances accountable for damage to, or loss of, property leaving its works. Liabilityblackandwhitefilmprocessing.co.uk is proud of its reputation for care in the handling of customers' work and for the fact that it takes all possible care with regard to the property entrusted to it. The company will, however, not accept liability beyond the cost of the customer's original material and, should this have an intrinsic value beyond the cost of the customer's original material itself, then the customer will have been assumed to have effected all risks insurance to the extent of that value. Consequential LossResponsibility will not be accepted for consequential loss however caused. CopyrightCustomers sending material for reproduction must take full responsibility with regard to copyright and assume absolute liability for any resulting violation of copyright in any action brought by a third party. Print Density and Contrast MatchingOn the account of the limitations of photographic materials it is impossible to guarantee an exact match of guide samples etc. All B&W prints are produced on Fuji Crystal Archive colour paper. Guides should be provided where possible. However, without a guide or special instructions, reproduction will be deemed faithful at our discretion. Force MajeureEvery effort will be made to carry out any contract or order based on a quotation, but the due performance of it is subject to variation or cancellation owing to an Act Of God, War, Strikes, Lock-outs, Fire or any other cause beyond control, or owing to inability to procure materials or articles except at increased prices due to any of the foregoing causes. ClaimsAny complaint must be made within 5 days of receipt of work. Privacy PolicyWe are bound by UK law to treat your credit and debit card details with total confidentiality. If you send us your card details online, they are only ever transmitted over a secure link and are deleted after completion of the job. We promise never to pass on any of your details, including your email address, to anyone else without your advance permission (unless required to do so by law).
